Can anyone recommend a local non for profit animal shelter that is legit (as in the money goes mainly to help the animals). My daughter would like start a fundraiser with proceeds from selling her art and she's an animal lover.

Does anyone do TNR in the Sedro Wooley area? I know someone who has a colony of kitties that desperately need to be fixed!!
