Hello Monroe, thinking of selling our home what is your experience with a local real estate agent any recommendations.

Can anyone help me with sources for looking at houses to buy other than Zillow? Preferably Hoodriver, Odell, White salmon, Bingen area. We already have a mortgage specialist, just need sources.

Is anyone selling a house or know of anyone selling their house in the near future within Bellingham in the $260,000 or less range? We've been trying to find a house for our little family, but the market is weird right now and there really isn't much for sale for a reasonable price. I know that's not a great price range for the current market, but I do see them occasionally, so I know it's possible. I'm not looking for a real estate agent, just leads on upcoming houses. Thought I'd ask here, just in case anyone knows of anything. Thanks!
