We stayed here for four nights and the owners blocked us from leaving a review on the booking site according to the booking site customer service. We complained that the bed was super hard and felt like sleeping on the floor so they offered a refund which was nice for the rest of the time but we could not afford to change so we stayed and dealt with it which I would have left a four star review for the customer service but after finding out they blocked us, it is the true one star review because of multiple factors. They are not insulated well so you can hear everything your neighbor does so we didn't sleep well because of the bed plus noise. The place had no silverware at all yet it had a knife and cutting board with wine opener? It was also dirty, we had to clean the sink which had brown crud all over the bottom which wiped away easily showing the cleaning service does the absolutely bare minimum and likely doesn't really scrub anything, the tea kettle had white crust all on the inside and same with the coffee maker so I had to clean both myself as well. The heater was great but the chairs for the table were super unstable and cannot support an adult. The view was great despite being blocked by power lines. Parking was perfect. We would not stay here again given the owners poor ability to accept anything but a five star review and the uncomfortable bed.
