This person didn't have time to go to his nearest VA and had to have pins placed in his leg. It was all done at civilian hospital/ER. Any info helps. These bills will sink this family.

Has anyone had any luck talking to Bank Of America? My Seller passed and his daughter from another part of the county jumped through all the paperwork to have the authority to sell. The loan is VA and I need to do a Short Sale. Now they want all her financial info. She does not make the payments (no one is) and it is not her house. She can not afford nor does she want the house. I do not blame her for not wanting to give them tax returns, pay stubs, accounts. Is there any way to proceed with them??? Help!
