Does anyone have a recommendation for a local baker to bake/decorate a birthday sheet cake (not really seeing anything at the grocery stores that appeals and am not a fan of grocery store frosting). Suggestions?

On break at work and got bad news. Okay, so I need to find someone who does fairly priced custom cakes. It's my boyfriends 21st birthday cake. I just need a simple small circle cake. Nothing big. Incorporating Stitch, minions and car parts. The person who agreed to do it. Weeks ago. Called me and is going on out of town. So now I have to find someone else. I need to find someone now. His birthday party is this Sunday on the 11th. I would like to some how combine these two into one. Please someone if you know someone please PM me or comment. Thank you.
