there is no real website to manage my account and the office is only open for 2hrs 2 days a week. it would not allow me to give 0 stars

Paid my bill through Doxo. It came back and I received an email - "Your payment was refunded. Your payment was rejected by Camano Vista Water District (WA): “Funds could not be delivered to provider.”..."We recommend that you contact Camano Vista Water District (WA) directly to resolve the issue and make the payment." Funds were and are available in my account. Can't resolve this if no one answers the phones. Also went several days without water available but no mention of billing revision (discount) to accommodate that.

I would put negative stars if I could. Literally nobody answers and the billing system is ridiculous. If you want checks from us they should be cashed in a timely manner. Not 2 weeks later. Horrible customer service. Someone else please take over!!!

For one thing, the communication part is aweful. Camano Vista offers no real website that people can use.
