Belmark has made a big impact throughout the Pacific NW. Years of pride and experience make up the Belmark Team. Aaron Metcalf has been a loyal employee and partner of Belmark for almost 20 years. On January of 2014, Aaron took that pride to the next level and is now the owner of Belmark.
For the past 5 years General Contracting has been another valued resource. Belmark has partnered up with investors and banks to build out the vertical construction
our projects with this clientele have included multi-family on new developments as well as single family residences. Our general contracting service can be as broad as the client would like. We have done a bit of everything for our clients. Belmark has the ability to provide a full service contract to work with other entities interested in maximizing their return on land inventory.
Within our General Contracting, we have expanded into remodels, tenant improvements and custom homes. We take great care in understanding what is expected of our clients and bring in a trusted team of contractors that can get the job done in an affordable and timely manner. It is our goal to exceed the expectation of our clients.
