Waste” program amplifying the eradication of unutilized “waste” - waste of
knowledge, food, land, humans, and time. This culinary arts agency led by
Michelin Star trained Chef Marquis Hayes will act as a processing facility
for our program with the intent to eliminate waste and provide access to
healthy prepared meals.
