Construction:
Simply put...what separates Cold Water Boats from its competition starts with its unique construction and is highlighted by its meticulous outfitting. All Cold Water Boats are fully welded and constructed of 5000 series aluminum alloy. Stemming from our history in the commercial fishing industry we have adapted the use of our full line keel, web framing, and bow wrap to each and every one of our boats today. These are common features in the commercial industry but virtually unheard of in the recreational market. We find this mostly due in part to high cost, technical expertise and equipment needed to accomplish these unique characteristics.

By applying these features we have created the driest, strongest, most seaworthy vessels found in this category of boat today. Our construction starts from a CAD designed router cut hull that is assembled with a full line ¼” thick aluminum keel with framing every 19” from bow to stern. Once fully welded by our experienced professionals, the hull lends itself to possess superior strength and the ability to handle just about whatever seas are thrown its way. The cabin is constructed in a very similar fashion with an additional emphasis on visibility, comfort and insulation. The deck features comfortable side heights, self bailing drains, and a large amount of workable square footage. When all matted together our vessels offer its owners a real sense of security and comfort that once experienced they find it hard to settle for anything less.

Outfitting:
Without a doubt, what sets Cold Water Boats apart, placing it in a league of its own is its handcrafted construction meticulously extenuated by its outfitting. Cold Water Boats and its parent company All Points Marine have been crafting quality aluminum boats for over 30 years and have come to realize that it is not always what you see but what you don’t see that makes the difference. In a world of smoke and mirrors its all too often you may notice a problem with your purchase when it is too late. From the beginning our vessels are outfitted using only the highest quality of equipment and materials available in the marine industry.

In addition our team of engineers, designers, electricians and carpenters meticulously run each wire, install each fitting and plumb each drain as if they were working on their own boat today and maintaining it tomorrow. This may sound like a simple concept but it is all too often overlooked in an industry that is driven by high production levels. At Cold Water Boats these little details are what set us apart from the competition and we openly invite every customer to look under our decks to see the difference for themselves. These extra steps and many others are implemented allowing the customer of a Cold Water Boat to rest assured that no expense was spared or short cut was taken in the construction of their boat.
